Mountain cabin with farm and stream in Diamante Valley, San Salvador, Baru

Located about 450 meters above sea level, home to the famous Diamante and Nauyaca waterfalls, about 40 minutes from the center of Perez Zeledon and 40 minutes from the beach in a sparsely populated area with low traffic flow where you will find a sanctuary of peace and tranquility.

Currently there is fiber optic internet available on site, public water and the cabin is delivered with solar panels. There is access for any type of vehicle and when you arrive the first thing you will see is the few neighbors around, the property is planted with fruit trees, plants and grass giving a wide combination of nature, plus a huge Higueron tree shading a table and outdoor benches, the ideal place to connect with nature. The property has an internal unfinished street to access the different areas where more houses or cabins can be built. Currently the construction of a second cabin has begun but it only has the floor, it must be finished but it has a wonderful view of the mountains.
