Me and business partner moved to the area here in Dominical, my partner Juan Carlos came from San Jose to work in the area, and I came from Colombia and worked with him which is where we met.

I had first come to explore and surf the area and instantly fell in love with this beautiful part of Costa Rica and decided this is where I wanted to live, and before anything the tourist in the area started asking us to find them properties and that’s where we decided to get involved in the Real Estate business and help our clients in the best way possible. Another thing that makes it unique is that the client can meet the owner of the property personally which makes it more comfortable and gives the client more security when purchasing a property.

In the area are countless acres of land that offer the most exuberant landscaping in the area. Also available are all kinds of Flora and Fauna, not counting all the species of wildlife, waterfalls, rivers, creeks, ocean views ect……. Also in the area are cloud forest that have trees that are anywhere from 100 to 300 years old. The Southern Pacific has endless miles of beautiful beaches. There are also nearby towns that offer hospitals, banks, supermarkets, ect…… like San Isidro, Dominical, Cortez and Palmar Norte.
